I'm not at all happy with support customer service. I need parts for my HF4000 and I cannot get ANYONE to assist me.

Sprays larger area than pump sprayers

I bought this for my husband because our home sits on an acre lot. He got tired of the standard pump sprayers. Loves this sprayer. I ordered the 3 gallon one. He loves the ability to adjust the sprayer part. It covers a much larger area than our previous pump sprayers. He likes the constant spray from the battery operated sprayer. Did our property in much less time. It is a little difficult getting the 3 gallon on his back, so I help him with that part. Order the 2 gallon if you are a small built and can't handle a full gallon of liquid on your back or don't fill the 3 gallon completely.

Super simple

Overall I love the Pertatools products. So far I've tried the fertilizer and the dye and this sprayer is so worth it. Makes the job quick, easy, with great coverage. The various nozzles provide pinpoint control without waste, unlike broadcast spreaders that overlapped too easily or threw some on driveways and unwanted areas

Drastically better than a pump up sprayer.

I also must say, though, the trumpeting of the advantages of a lead-acid battery system is, at best, seriously misguided. There are many reasons why lithium ion batteries are indisputably vastly superior. We've collectively moved on past the Model T.

Even considering that, I do enthusiastically recommend this product. It works very well. It does its job very well.
