RETURNS POLICY

PetraTools provides free customer returns for 30 days post purchase. Past 30 days, customers can return their units but will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Past 90 days of purchase, items are no longer eligible for returns.

WARRANTY POLICY

PetraTools provides a standard 3 month full warranty for manufacturer defects. If customer registers for extended warranty, PetraTools provides an additional 3 months limited warranty. Limited warranty covers replacement units due to manufacturer defects (shipping paid by customer). Sprayer parts are covered under a limited warranty for up to 12 months. After 3 months, customers are eligible for replacement of defective parts (shipping paid by customer). Exception: The PetraTools 4-Gallon fogger has a full 180-day warranty and is eligible for an extended 90-day warranty.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can open up a claim with the shipping company, and ship a replacement unit as soon as the claim is approved.
