Yes, please be sure to run the unit with warm soapy water for 20-30 minutes prior to initial use, also ensuring that all connections are secure and tight to prime the unit.

"Leaking commonly occurs when the nozzle pieces have not been fully tightened. Connections can come loose over time, so check your nozzle connections and re-tighten before each use and whenever you switch out your nozzles. Be sure to wrap all the connection points with provided plumbers tape you'll find in your accessories bag, whenever using liquid under pressure, there is a potential for leaks. If trouble persists, don't hesitate to reach out to support at 1-800-613-6889 for additional help."

One of the reasons could be a clog in the hose, try detaching the hose from the body and see if you get anything out of the base and check to see if the hose is clear by creating a cyphon and clearing any potential blockage. If the pump/motor is running but nothing is coming out, there may be a pressure issue, make sure the lid is sealed tightly so that proper pressure is able to build within the tank. The red I/O switch allows you to simply turn the sprayer on and off and the silver knob allows you to adjust the pressure while also serving as a power knob. It is crucial that you only use one power switch at a time, as using the red I/O simultanelously with the silver adjustable power knob can cause the fuse to blow. We provide an extra fuse in your accessory bag for this reason.

The battery should initially be charged for about 6 hours and a full battery will last approximately 6 to 8 hours on a full charge.
