How To Assemble the Mini Fogger Battery-Powered Mister

Like most of our sprayers, the ‘heavy lifting’ has been done at the factory or our warehouse for you. But there are a few quick steps that’ll have you up & running in under a minute.

1

Unthread the clear plastic tank from the base

Loosen the clear plastic tank by twisting it counterclockwise from the base. Be careful not to damage the white plastic suction device that hangs down into the tank.

2

Fill tank with liquid & thread onto base

Carefully fill the tank with up to 13.5 ounces of solution. Allow for some unfilled space at the top, do not fill entirely to the top of tank. Thread tank back onto the base. Hand-tighten.

How To Use the Mini Fogger Battery-Powered Mister

Your new Mini Fogger is built for ease of use, but if you need a hand, check out these quick-start instructions.

1

Charge Before Use

We recommend fully charging your Mini Fogger before using it. Plug the included USB-C charging cable into the port under the ON-OFF switch, and then plug it into a standard 110v outlet using your USB compatible brick. Your unit should be ready for use in 2-3 hours.

2

Push ON-OFF switch at base of handle to the right, to the ON position.

3

Next, press the pressure selection button once for the lowest setting, again for medium, and a third time for highest setting. Press button a fourth time to turn it off.

4

During normal operation, pump will run faster as you cycle through the different settings. The unit will emit louder sounds with each increase in pressure.

5

Use the blue LED lights to see exactly where you’re spraying.

6

Ensure that the ON-OFF switch is pushed back to the OFF position when you’re finished.

How To Troubleshoot the Mini Fogger Battery-Powered Mister

Most calls to our customer service line in Carlisle, PA are easy to resolve and involve these issues and fixes.

1

Check Your Battery

Most issues with the Mini Fogger relate to the rechargeable battery. Remember, it is possible to leave the unit ON even though the pump is not running. To prevent battery drain, always slide the ON-OFF switch to the OFF position when finished using.

2

Check Your Tank

During normal operation, the Mini Fogger will drain the tank in approximately 10 minutes. The LED lights around the nozzle will turn off when the tank is close to empty.

3

Check your plug

The USB-C cable provided does not work with all USB bricks. Ensure that the blue battery status lights are blinking when the unit is plugged into a household 110v outlet & turned ON.

4

Check Your Switch

If other troubleshooting steps fail, ensure that the ON-OFF switch at the base of the unit is switched ON.

5

Pump & Tank cleaning

If flow seems diminished, add ½ teaspoon of liquid dish soap to a 13.5 ounces of tap water. Run this solution through the unit. Repeat with 2 tanks full of just water to rinse.

Preparing Your Mini Fogger for Storage

A few simple steps will ensure that your unit will be ready for use when spring finally arrives.

1

Run 1 tank of warm water mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of liquid dish soap through the unit to clean all internal parts, then run 2 more tanks of warm water only through. Spray until unit is fully empty. Remove tank so that air circulates inside.

2

Wipe all surfaces with a slightly damp towel.

3

Charge your unit so that all 4 blue battery health lights are illuminated when turned ON.

4

Ensure unit is switched OFF.

5

Place unit right-side-up in the warmest storage possible. Do not store long-term in temps below 32°F.

6

Storage in its original box is ideal, but if that’s not an option, you can place unit into a large plastic zip top bag.
